Coleman an MBA Graduate of Walsh College School of Accountancy and Business and A Finance Professional with over 20 years’ experience across various finance roles and multiple industries, Fortune 500 companies, as well as global and local markets. Direct experience in advertising/marketing, manufacturing and medical technology industries. Specializing in streamlining business processes in order to maximize profits. Most passionate about uplifting and supporting others; professionally and personally. I consider myself to be a life-long learner (learning from and alongside others), I truly believe knowledge is power! I enjoy sharing my knowledge as well as setting new goals and achieving them! In my spare time I appreciate gardening, reading and traveling.

Johnny Williams is a retired educator with over 34 years of experience of working with teachers and students at all levels of Education. He completed his bachelor’s degree in Social Science at Grambling University. He earned his teaching credentials at Pepperdine University. Johnny received his master’s degree at California State University Fullerton in Fullerton, California.

Johnny has worked at all levels of Education, as a Teacher, Assistant Principal, Principal, Student Counselor and School Administrator. After so many years, many of his students still come to him for advice and mentorship.

Mr. O’Brien is the Foundation’s Senior Project Manager and has been an ongoing contributor for decades. He earned an Associates of Arts Degree and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology from California State University Fullerton. More recently from the University of California Riverside, he became a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor.

Mr. O’Brien is an active California Real Estate Broker since 1977 with a flawless record. He has owned and managed several successful real estate companies over the years. With his extensive real estate management and counseling experience, he develops the acquisition and development of worthy projects for the foundation.

Garth Newberry received his Associate degree in Transportation from the University of Akron, and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Transportation Design from ArtCenter College of Design, Pasadena, California. He also holds a Master of Arts degree in Education Administration from California State University San Bernardino.

Mr. Newberry taught Art and Design in Rialto Unified School District for over twenty five years. He retired from the school district in 2018 and now works with the Roosevelt/Jamie Williams Foundation “Internationally.”

Minister Reginald G. Hayes has been serving as a business consultant, commercial lending expert, and real estate professional for over 2 decades. He has been meeting the needs of people, businesses, and non-profit organizations state and nationwide. He specializes in networking with lenders and identifying local resources to assist in the forward movement of his clients by capitalizing and leveraging various organization.

A former Managing Director of Pontiac First Mortgage and Trinity Lenders who supervised million-dollar transactions, allowed him to gain extensive experience in implementing policies and processes to streamline operations for efficiency. Currently, Reginald is the Managing Director of JiCor Consultant Corp. where he is a commercial contractor and project manager for banks which are nationally recognized. He is a licensed Real Estate Agent, licensed Insurance Adjuster in 18 states, and licensed builder.

He is a public and motivational speaker. He conducts seminars on business growth strategy and real estate investing approaches. He also offers personal and business consultations.

Was the owner of S.O.O.B. Enterprises since 2009, Author of three books, Inspirational Speaker, Retirement Specialist, and Director of Charity Consultants. He did all this as a retired Life Insurance Administrator. Retired from The the City Of Fresno as Deputy City Manager after twenty years.

Served on several Charitable Organizations as a member with leadership positions of: Executive Director; Chairman of the board; Chairman of the Board of Trustees; and Executive Secretary.

Recipient of several awards including, Mayor for A Day, City Of Fresno; Matthew J. Boxer Award; Local Chapters of Optimist International, Hall Of Fame Inductee;Top Regional Director for Transamerica Life Company; Outstanding Young Men of America ,Outstanding Young Man of Fresno County; and Life Time Membership to Optimist International.

Education includes Graduate of Fresno State College Degree in Physical Education, California Secondary Teaching Credentials. Graduate Certification in Public Administration.The American Colleges, Certification as, Chartered Life Underwriter, Chris Howard, Certified Platform Speaker.
